I was planning on going flathead fishing tonight but it looks like it will be getting down to 60 degrees. Will this effect the bite much? Other option is to go crappie fishing but that might be effected also.

Go cattin' buddy! I wouldn't sit at the house b/c of a "cold front" or a full moon or any other crazy reason some people make up to not go:smile2: You sure won't catch any sittin' at the house. I learned that the hard way this past weekend!

trust me....the cats are still hungry........:smile2: theyll feed wether youre there or not! i think the cool spells from time to time actually improve the bite as long as the pressure is right........but no matter........what makes a catfisherman is someone that can find the hungry fish no matter what the weather condition.......theyre always there and always feeding........you just have to find them!
