Any idea which brand of cooler is best for keeping ice when offshore? I know Yeti has been the benchmark for years but there are so many like the Yeti out there now, for cheaper.
What brands do you all use? Good, bad and in between?

I have an Igloo Sportsman 20 qt. In the summer I put ice in it friday night and half of the ice is there on sunday. I keep it out of the sun. I recently saw a Frigidaire brand cooler with a built in thermometer so you can see the inside temp from the outside. It was $119. Pretty cool

The key to almost all rotomolded coolers is to prechill it (burn a bag of ice) after that it will hold ice for days. My yeti 35 would hold ice for 7-8 days in 90° heat
