Cooked on the smoker....

    I cooked two 3 pound beef shoulders and a 5 pound pork shoulder yesterday and they were delicious.
    Beware....viewing these pics could cause extreme hunger....:smile2:

    Thanks guys...I always love to do my cookin outside.
    We should have a cook off gathering....there are so many of us that love to cook that we should make it a competition...I evn do deep frying with fish, turkey, chicken, pheasant, bisquits, jalepenos and much more.

    Good lookin rig Al. I made me a cooker from an 18 wheeler gas tank, but it aint on a nice trailer ( its on 2 wheels).

    TY that looks good.

    I was over my Brothers in Atlanta over the Labor Day wkend. Bro did some chicken over cherry wood. Best smaoked chicken I ever had.

    Never knew one could use grapevines to smoke with.

    I won this smoker in a raffle in Joy, Texas....I spent $10 on tickets.
    The Volunteer Fire Dept up there made the smoker.
    They did a mighty fine job on it and it works very well. :wink:
