Working on an old Evinrude 40hp. The shifter cable end is broken (motor end). I am new to boats and motors but I can't seem to find this part anywhere on line. I can best describe it as the shifter cable goes up inside the thing and is secured by a set screw. The end of the linkage pin, or whatever it is called has an eye hole which is then secured to the gear shift by a screw. Can these things be picked up at the local marine parts store?
