Hit the river last night about 8pm and fished til daylight. The water is low but we still had no problem unloading or loading. We passed 2 boats coming out as we were putting in and that was it until daylight. Last time we went it seemed like we couldn't miss a fish, not so last night. We must have missed 3 for every one we put in the boat and everyone we caught managed to get wrapped up in two more lines. I guess I'll just rack the misses up to gar fish. There was plenty of action to keep us from getting any sleep and we ended up with six fish over 10 pounds a piece with a big fish of 36lbs. No where near great but all in all a lot of fun. All fish caught on cut or live bream fishing the top end of a long bend in 11 - 17 feet of water.
