Conditioner for fishing rods?

    Ok i am just curious is there any kind of conditioner for fishing rods?

    I wash my rods with soap and water. Dry them off and use Guitar Polish as a conditioner.They look nice and preserves the wood.:0a26: :0a18:

    i gotta buddy that uses armorall.seems to work alright.

    Blakemore's Real Magic is good for rods, reels and almost anything else. Conditions the line too. Just spray it on and wipe off the excess. But, mostly, Dawn and water will do the most good.

    I just leave all the shad scales on them, makes it look like it's a custom rod
