I have heard that it does matter what color clothes you where when you go fishing. is that true
I Don't Think It Matters At All. By tHe Time The Fish See You It TOO LATE, HA-HA !!
It's Kinda Like Hearing A Gunshot, It's Too Late To Duck:wink: ,Elliot
yea i guess thats true
It has been documented that many mosquitoes use vision to locate hosts from a distance. Dark clothes and foliage are initial attractants.
So if mosquitoes are a concern, lighter colored clothing is a plus.
I really don't think the fish care what color your clothes are, cause I have never had one tell me that the colors I was wearing didn't match, or that it bothered them, LOL!!!
now that is funny.
I like to wear light color clothing to help combat the heat. I normally fish in the hottest part of summer and I'm a daytime fisherman. As far as the fish goes, I don't think they really care.
I wear light colors for the heat of summer but I try to sneak up on them in my camo in the winter or mabe because thats the only warm cloths i own:big_smile: 777
