Color Of Clothing

    I have heard that it does matter what color clothes you where when you go fishing. is that true

    It has been documented that many mosquitoes use vision to locate hosts from a distance. Dark clothes and foliage are initial attractants.

    So if mosquitoes are a concern, lighter colored clothing is a plus.

    I really don't think the fish care what color your clothes are, cause I have never had one tell me that the colors I was wearing didn't match, or that it bothered them, LOL!!!

    I like to wear light color clothing to help combat the heat. I normally fish in the hottest part of summer and I'm a daytime fisherman. As far as the fish goes, I don't think they really care.

    I wear light colors for the heat of summer but I try to sneak up on them in my camo in the winter or mabe because thats the only warm cloths i own:big_smile: 777
