Due to a high college workload I have not been out to put a line in the water in months. Its a horrible situation that I intend to correct starting this thursday after finals. My biggest cats I have caught were in early April, so it was around 40-60 degrees then. Now the weather is alot colder. Highs around 40 some days, and lows around 20. What are the best winter methods for catfih. More specifically, what is the best baits. Live or cut. I know it should be too cold for manufactored blood baits. The pond has tons of channels, and a decent bit of big flats and blues. Any advice is appreciated.
