Cats and stripers were hitting at Ft Gibson Dam yesterday. I haven't heard this morning. Some of our biggest fish were caught from Nov. to March.

Son and I went juggin on Oolagah last night......had a good time but didn't catch anything with any size,,,6 cats up to about 5 lb.
Gets a bit spooky running thru the dark back to the ramp in a lil 15' flatbottom boat with swells about 3 - 4' quartering into it! !
Needless to say we took on some water! ! !
I'll be back at it next weekend if I get the chance! !
when i get on a boat i have to to have a life jacket because i swim like a rock.:tounge_out:
went tonight for a few hours not a damn thing.:sad2:
The fish have turned on with the rising water and cooling temps. I caught a pb blue at 43 lb and we had 2 over 20 and 2 more over 15 on Saturday and Sunday morning.
I am hoping to go back this next weekend.
where was u fishing at?? I only caught one yesterday, about 15 pounds but he was in deep water,,, not a bite this morning. copan
upper hudson is rolling went out yesterday in the ole boat up to the cable, big trees and dangerous swirrels wouldn't recommend it to anybody but once you get passed the flood waters to the generators is alot calmer, but we tore the blues up throwing up to the wall, probably some 30 blues all from 5 lbs up to mid 20's, and you can throw up into the grass along the rail side up in the grda grass, and nail sandies and blues, excellent fishing in this high water on the river, just have to be careful, right now
okc fishing sucks i dont think there is any blues in the river in okc:sad2:
I thought I posted something in 2 seperate threads telling you I just recently caught a blue on the river that runs through OKC. oooh:
I fish alot of water around OKC and there are a few decent spots to fish.. Just have to know how and where to go.
I did exactly that, took pics and back in the water for another fight for another day
