What's a good product for removing the SCUM-LINE from a painted aluminum hull?

I usually go to the carwash before I go home if I've been river fishin, I use a scotchbrite, soap, scrub rinse. Good luck.

I know regular old baking soda works good on tuff dirt on vehicles. Wet the paint, plop some baking soda on there (or on a rag), and use good old elbow grease with a soft cloth. Works really good on tree sap and other stuff.
