circle hooks

    I started fishing with circle hooks and there wounderful.. When i fish with regurlar hooks they and up swallowing the hooks so i tried circle hooks they never swallow them therefore thier awesome:cool2:

    I started using them in 2002 and hook-up rate has increased a great deal. I use the 8/0 Gamakatsu octopus circles and 7/0 Daiichi circle chunk lights.

    iv never lost one before i use 6-0 or a 7-0 gamacatcha

    or just tighten up during a run and let the fish set it himself?? Thanks

    The best way to see for yourself is to take a circle hook hold it between your thumb and index finger with the eye pointed out,now take by the eye and pull it out fast like you were setting the hook and it gomes stright out , so that is what happens to the fishes mouth it comes stright out, now hold it again and play like the fish is swiming away and as that happens the hook start to turn to the side and it into the jaw and it's coming to you are it brakes your line because he aint going to spit it he is hook and well hook .
