CHUMING

    DOES CHUMING WORK FOR FLATHEADS IS IT LEGAL, I THOGHT ABOUT GEETING SOME BLOOD OR GUTS AND CHUMING THE LAKE, BUT IM DOUGHTING A FLATHEAD WOULD RESPOND TO THATLIKE CHANNELSW WOULD

    If it draws baitfish yes it will work for flatheads..It may not directly draw the flatties but the bream and other small baitfish will draw them..

    I was once told that chumming wont work for flatheads...Im not sure if that is true though. Since flatheads do move somewhat at night, my logic tells me that if I chum the water with ground up bluegill, it should entice any flatheads in the area to feed...i think that its just a matter of getting to where the fish are since they dont move very far.
