Chum Time

    How long should you wait for your soured grain to attract fish. and how much to put out at a time say measuring in pound coffee cans

    i would imagine depends on how close the cats are to you. if you know there close then just start fishing, regardless, have a pole in the water, dont want them to eat your grains instead of your bait:big_smile:

    I usually go to my spot, throw out maybe 2 gallons of it, and sit there. Usually within 15-30 minutes, you should see some activity. If not, you can throw out some more. try putting holes in a coke bottle, tie a rope to it, fill it with chum, and throw it in the water. I have done that several times with 1 liter coke bottles. Just make sure when ur finished, you remember to take the bottles with you, and not leave them in the water.
