cheese bait help

I have herd of and used many baits for our beloved cats but after a whill it seems i get in this one bait rut .Ihave used cheese in the past butdo not rember what tipe or how to get the bait to stay on the hook .

Any Type Will Do Chedder=sharpe=limburger I Prefer Provalone It Smells Like Stink Bait Allready Can Put On Hook Plain Or Mix Up With Hamburger
