What did you all buy with your stimulus check? We bought a shotgun to defend ourselves when they try to come and get it back....

    Tools and building materials.
    Almost forgot. Beer.

When the economy slows, building materials and tools drop in price. Enjoy while you can.

You can get a 10% bonus at Kroger for stimulus checks. Have to purchase their gift card that can be used to purchase groceries or gas if they have it at your store. They do here and also give 10 cents gas discount for spending $100. And their gas is the same price as Walmart.

    $1200 check gets a $1,320 gift card, $600 check = $660, $300 check = $330.

Thanks to our then Republican Governor Mike Huckabee, property taxes were frozen for people at age 65. Came just right for me for the year I turned 65 property taxes increased 50%. Since then they would have increased several more times but not for me.
AR has a state income tax and TX has no state income tax that I really miss. But the new age 65 law helps make up the difference.
