Went fishing in the rain today!! Man what a mess. I was trying to catch the river on the rise and I sure did. When I checked it this morning it was around 9 feet, when I got home it was around 12 feet and rising. We must have gotten 1.5 inches of rain while on the water. Fished from 0900-12:30 and caught around 20 small blue cats. Didn't venture too far from the marina so I am not complaining about the catch at all.

All fish were caught on cut skipjack; water temp was between 56-58.5.

Everything looks great for next week, check out the tournament section for details on our event.

Thanks brother! I know that I am just in a waiting game with the big cats. They will come. The event looks great for next week. Today will be the last day of foul weather and then the sunshine sets in!
