Well I went to charles mill Dam yesterday. Nothing much going on. The water was the lowest I ever saw it, with slow water coming out . No bait and the Catfish were hardly biting. The only thing I got was a nice flathead. But I am looking for it to pick up, before too long. Only one other person out there fishing and I saw him cast for two hours and get nothing either. Well thats Fishing I did real good last year and expect to this year as well.

Congrats on the flattie. were you fishing the spillway or dam side? Ive only fished the spillway a few time for cats, lost more tackle than anything. The dam side is one of my favorite late night spots for channels. Ive been told of people catching shovelheads on the spillway. KatfishKyle.
