Better just buy a keg for now. Hope they stitched them up where you will be able to use them again.

Dang Jon I know that has to hurt. I worked in beef packing houses for 16 years made it out with all of mine but know a few that did not both thumbs that sucks kinda puts a damper on alot even after we open that beer it is going to be easier to drink it through a straw. If the doc was any good at all it should heel up pretty good. Troy is right get a keg just don't tell the wife who gave you the idea.

No good at all!!! Thumbs are kind of imortant. I run a bandsaw daily, and hope to keep all my fingers. Never know though. One false move, and zip...they're gone. Oops. Hope you heal up well. Did it go through the knuckle, or the bone?

    Hope you heal fast.
I once bow hunted with a man who cut his finger and thumb off.
He adapted to it with a release he wore around his wrist.
    Good luck!

Daydream of what was gonna be poolside no doubt....crap!
It's Worksman Comp...don't let a Republican cut ya again....in Indiana I think you can get up to $2 for the loss of a hand after the lawyer takes his cut.
Maybe where you live it might be more.....
Hope you got more than aspirin for the pain and they were able to weave everything back together.
