caught some today

    went out to try our luck today and used shad crawdads and carp no catfish but a few bites and i caught 2 largemouth bass with the carp and my son caught one with a crawdad

    Dag ol' ignorant Kansas bass! Don't they know catfish bait when they see it?? Oh well--if it pulls back, that's what I was fishin' for.

    Got skunked on the Big Blue at the Hwy 24 boat ramp and railway bridge.
    Might have started too late. Might just have held my tongue wrong. Dunno.
