Went last night, it was COLD for this time of year, ended up fishing only about 4 hours because of it being so cold. But let me tell you, the fish are REALLY biting. Fished many different spots, got hits at every spot. Caught 4 nice Blue Cats. And I had two nice Stripers right beside the boat and both times my Dad didn't get them in the net fast enough.:sad2: The Stripers were right on the edge of some really strong current on the main lake side of a major creek bridge we were fishing. Also lost a couple fish that were Blue Cats about the size of what we had already caught.

Here are the pictures, I didn't get a picture of one of my Dad's fish but they were all the same size really. My Dad got 3, and I only got 1.:tounge_out:

Nice pics and fish. Seems the cold weather turned them on here too. How do you downsize your pics? Love to know so I can post some of my own.

    Great report though, Dru

Thanks, I don't think the cold actually turned them on, they just bite like that every year when the water temp is in the 50-60 range like it is right now.

As far as downsizing pictures, go to google and search for Irfanview and find the site to download it from, it's really easy and free. There are other ways too I believe, but that's what I've always used.

Thank you all. We were really going to get them today, we hooked the pontoon up and all, got halfway to the lake headgasket blew on the truck, long story short we got some help from old mechanic guys and rigged it enough to get home, we live right down the road from the river though and will be giving it a shot there tonight, who knows I guess....sure does suck though what happened to us, right when I'm out for Spring break and have a chance to really go fishing.
