the kiddy sled remodel is almost over.took off the sundeck and all the bench seating.replaced them with a center console,a flip flop cooler seat ,and two pedestal seats, and a very large live well.life vest are strapped to the railing out of the way.new bimini top,lowrance/gps.14 rod holders, and a minn kota co-pilot trolling motor.the boat is 478 lbs.lighter after getting rid of all the bulky furniture.special thanks to Bowlerman on live well advice.cant wait to get it slimed up.its been a 7 month battle.thats not slime on the floor thats ice.

Looking good, I did that last year on a 20 footer, all that i left on it was a center console a driver seat and 2 lawn chairs that can be moved any where, makes a nice fishing machine, I hope U enjoy yours.
