Catfish near Greenville

    Does anyone fish for cats near to Greenville? Where at? Thanks.

    other then the big lakes there isnt to many places in greenville other then $ lakes.pleasant ridge county park[up near table rock] stocks there pond with some 2-6lb catfish during the summer,mostly trout though.its free to fish there too,5 fish per person thought.its where i hang out in the weekends:cool2:

    thanks. ill probably just try to continue fishing hartwell. i was hoping one of the rivers might have a good spot.

    there is saluda lake in berea but there isnt many places to fish from. there is the ramp but it is pretty shallow then at the dam on saluda dam rd you can fish above the dam. there are some good cats in there but not alot of them. also alot of perch.
