Well we put the crestliner back to the drawing boad and removed the excisting deck. I did like the deck because it gave me alot of under deck storage ,But it also made it so heavy that my 25 hp would baug down . So we tore it all out and went back to the basics of just a plain old catfish boat ,I seem to like it more this way now that its done .As you can see there was two bench seats in the boat and i took the first one and cut the center of it out to make for more room for walking .The part of the bench to the left ,i plan on pulling out the styrofoam and makeing it a place for dry storage .I just took a large rubber mat i got from work and cut it to size for the floor. In all pulling out the deck with 3/4 " plywood and all the frame work i lost about 100 lbs of excess weight. Im going to try it out on the river monday to see how she performs. Still need some rodholders and some paint and she will be good to go . Here she is in the process .

Looks nice Robert. Did it have a deck from that center seat all the way to the front before the modifications?
