catching minnows

    if you are along, how do you catch a supply of minnows. do you use a special net are something else ?

    Get yourself an umbrella net and put it together and into the water put some cornmeal in the center when you see a bunch in the net lift quick and then repeat.

    I put out minnow traps in the local small creeks and branches
    and leave them overnight. I bait with white bread squeezed in
    a tight ball and sometimes a piece of onion along with the bread.
