catalpa worms

    does anyone know when tha catapla worms hit the trees down in lower alabama cant seem to find any

    They have come an gone med May to early June you might find some after this rain and where in So. Alabama do you live

    you can have them all summer once it gets hot, I have several different ages on trees right now. If I can keep the birds off them I may get to fish with them.

    I live in clayhattachee just outside of Daleville in the southeast part of the state thanks for the reply catman

    i live in north jefferson county. we have had worms for a lil while now, and show no signs of slowing up.we have 9 trees some of them are huge and are covered in little ones again. used them this weekend at smith lake and had a pretty good fishing trip. Last year we had worms til september.

    I dont know if its the drought or the heat but no trees down here have been touched that i know of
