It was overcast and a little rainy this morning, so I could not resist throwing some lures for bass for an hour or so at the docks near me. Ending up catching this guy on a Shaky Head rig with a 6" worm. I'd guess it was about 4-6 lbs. Fun on 6lb test line. I've caught cats on other lures, but this is a first on a Shaky Head rig.

I will never forget, last time I took my Granddad fishing he caught a 10lb channel on a Texas rigged worm just before we left. Heck of a way to end a great outing.

That is FUN!, I catch cats from time to time crappie fishing and sandbass fishing. Have caught good eater size cats deadsticking slabs in ther middle of winter 10' off the bottom.
