i was thinkin' of trying some canned catfood mixed with some flour,now i was wondering if anyone has tried this and did it produce????....john

Havn't tried it, but it sounds like it might work. Pretty much anything nasty will work for cats

this what i did i went wally world bought some cheap cat food chicken liver and some cheap velveta cheese small, cut in half, mike it 45sec 2 small cans cat food mix well put in ice box tell ferm and go catch some kittys i pulled a 8lber out 15 min after my line got wet good luck

Dog Food Will Work To I Have Even Used Chicken Liver, Pig Blood, Deer Blood, Chicken Blood If You Kill Your Own Meat The Blood Is Free . So Now How Many Of You Will Go Try This Out. ya know i was thinking, if those cattails work, how well would it work to soak cotton balls in blood, liver, catfood, or whatever kind of mushy liquidy bait you can come up with. i think it'd stay on the hook better than cattails and youd probably get to use it a few times before you have to put a new one on. what do ya think?
