Castnet question

    I just got a new net is there anything I need to do before I use it. Dont know if I should soak it or anything to make it softer it is a momo net.

    Hi Don, Get out in the yard and practice, practice, practice. Check out the library there is some helpful information on cast/throw nets there.

    I have heard of people using fabric softener and water to soak them in.

    Seedtick and Shilohred are both right. Best tip I can give you is don't get to fustrated with it. Everyone has to learn, and it's not exactly easy.

    if you want to take the time to soak it in water beforehand that will certainly limber the nylon up. so will a toss or 2 in the water.
