is it legal to throw a net in all S.C. lakes and rivers?? i looked in my regulations book but all i could find was what fish species you can keep and not keep...i did not see any regs on lakes or rivers that it was illegal to throw a net.

Monticello isn't listed in the book this year but when I called the DNR they said it was a nono. It was listed last year so I'm not sure whats up with that.
