Carp on the James River???

    Can someone help me out???? I was wondering if anyone knows where on the james river or another river that produces decent sized carp????

    The Potomac is a great place to go carp fishing. Also, Lake Orange is pretty good too. I'm not sure of the James, but I'm sure it has to have carp as well.

    the james is full of carp. the way i catch is a simple hair rig and use small bollies . i fish in deep calm pools but i have also caught them around big rocks that stick out the the water i lay the bait behind it were the water is calm hope this helps
