Has anyone seen a bracket that fits into your hitch? A solid piece of metal goes straight out, then up at a 90 degree, and stretches out like a football goal. So you can just load your canoe in the bed of the truck instead of on the cab, and it would only take 1 person. I saw 1 guy with this but never got a chance to speak to him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:0a17:

I just looked on cabelas, they have racks but they still mount the canoe on the cab. The one I'm looking for extends about 4' out from the hitch. Then goes back up level with the bed and forks out like a football goal to support the canoe.

I have one called Hitch Hand that works great for hauling anything. It is adjustable in hieght and width and the "football goal" arms can be removed and rotated to haul anything from plywood to 2x4's or even boats.
