    Luke Clayton here. Mike Pullen with Frisco Spices recently taught me to make canned venison. A buddy and I canned seven quart jars and the stuff is absolutely awesome, a great way to put venison to good use. They sell an Au Jus sauce and you put a heaping tablespoon in each jar before pressure cooking. It tastes like roast beef, but better.
