Flatheads, Blues & Channels are being caught above the low-water dam area of the Caney River in and near Bartlesville. Shad is the best bait.

We go to where Butler creek intersects the Caney and along there they're coming up to the calmer flow of the creek. Shad for bait. Good luck!

We park north of Butler Creek and walk in. May have been lucky, but no tickets so far.
