Looking to do some fishing at green up dam soon. I am looking for recomendations for family campgrounds in that area. Prefer a swimming pool. I googled and found a KOA that was a bit expensive but that's it.

Anyone have any recomendations?

go to the kentucky forum and ask catfishjohn he lives in that area and he can tell ya whats around there for sure

Might try greenbo lake state park.Its approximately 20 miles from the dam.The lodge is nice and lake is nice too.Ive tent camped there a few times in the park.Hope everything is getting better for you Woody.

Thank you. I did check it out today and it's cheap to tent camp. There is a community pool too for a discount. I think we changed our minds and might just camp local. He's still having dizzy spells. He had one today. he stayed home from work.
