Hey guys got a question. Can you camp on game lands? Deer season in now i was going to go down and hunt some along high rock but i was wondering if you can put up a tent along the river/lake on game land and camp? Was wanting to do some deer hunting in the day and do a little fishing at night.

You might want to call the game and wildlife dept on that one.

    just found this.

It is unlawful to camp on game lands except on an area designated
by the landowner for camping, or to camp on those U.S.
Forest Service lands that have been closed by posted order of
the U.S. Forest Service. See the individual game lands listings
on page 54 for further restrictions.

So guess you cant camp on the rivers/lakes. I see a lot of people camped out on game lands fishing.

yea i have seen that to but the thing is the wildlife officers are so far spread that they can only do like a little of their areas a week. so thats why they still do it and havnt been caught
