    Are there any nice campgrounds around Warsaw?

    Theres one on the west side of the dam called pecan grove. Truman Lake has a bunch of different camping grounds also. Truman state park is the biggest and best on the lake and only about 7 miles from town.

    Bucksaw is pretty nice as well, we go down every May.

    Tom, I'd agree with Troy. Truman State Park is the nicest campground in the area. They do have a State Park Ranger (post certified) to help with the undesirables. Watch your speed going through the park, she does run radar.
