    Hey guys,

It is legal to light a campfire at State park like Alum and Hoover? I bank fish a lot and I just want to make sure.

Nope. If you build one, you may get away with it, but you're still taking a risk.

No fires in State Parks. They even removed the grills from a lot, if not all areas.

They have designated fire rings at the camp sites, but no you cant build a fire any where you want

One night I was out fishing at a State Park and it just got downright cold. So we went around and gathered up as many rocks as possible and built a little wall that concealed the fire to the lake and did one anyway. Sort of like a small fireplace. I wouldn't suggest it though since it is illegal.
