    Minden Nebraska
    1 15-20pound turkey(preferably wild)
3/4 shaker- King Kooker Cajun Seasoning
    handful- Regular Cajun Seasoning
    1/4 shaker- Black Pepper
    handful- Lawry's Seasoning Salt
    hanful- Garlic Salt
    1 stick- melted butter
    1 turkey fryer
    3 gallons- peanut oil

take the butter and put it into a measuring cup(just to put it somewhere) and put some king kooker into the butter and spread it on thick on both sides of the turkey, take all of the seasonings and put them into a mixing bowl and mix with your hands until its all stirred up and use half of the bown on the front and 7/8 of the half thats left on the back side and then use whatevers left to get all of the missed spots, dont rub the turkey for too long cuz the seasoning will come off on your hands and youll have to re-do it.
put the bird into the fryer when its at about 325-350 degrees and cook it for 2-3 minutes per pound, we cooked ours for 50 minutes and we had a 15pound bird, take the bird out and drain the excess oil
take the bird into the house and let it cool for about 5 minutes and season it again to your liking. carve(or savagly fight off the rest of your family for precious bites of the tasty bird) and enjoy.. best turkey youll ever eat.

made this up yesterday, try it, its amazing
