It's a cat tourney, the Cabelas King Kat. Weigh in starts at 8:00am. I'm gonna try to make the weigh in, but not 100% sure.
whats the date on this tourney and were do i find info on entering
Steve they don't let any one fish the tourney who has a metalic red boat because they feel bib overhalls and red boats clash to much,Anyway that's what country told me when I was planning on coming to fish cause he knows I have a red boat also. You don't think he was fibbing to me now do you?? J.D.
this weekend ,and you can enter at the ramp ,go to king kat tournement ,are you thinking about entering
this will have all the info for you
I might come down for this weigh in also. Any body want to share a ride?
thought about entering but the time wont work for me got things goin sat
I am going with a friend of mine on the Grand this weekend for flathead, but we might try to slip down to the weigh in, sounds like fun. I always like to see the big blues that others catch so I can remind myself that they really exist. I have been out on the MO river about this time of year the last 2 summers with zero luck on any size cats. Flatheads on smaller rivers I understand but blues on the big water have me whipped so far. I am bullheaded though, so I will keep trying and learn a little as I go. It would be cool to meet some of the people I talk to on here for once. This site kinda keeps me into the fishing when I am to busy haying to fish. 5 inches of rain on our hayfield has me free till Monday though, so I will be trying again. When does the weigh in start?
I fished this tourney 2yrs ago. The weight in should be at 9am. All people fishing should be there by 8am if I remember right. That was a fun one to fish. Met alot of nice folk there and questioned a few people weighing in fish. But all in all great hospitallity and good people there.
