Cabelas has the 50 lb Grab & Weigh fishing scale on sale for $19.99 in the online bargain cave - regular price is $49.99. Look under "Miscellaneous Fishing" once you get to the bargain cave section.

I bought one a couple of weeks ago but haven't had a chance to try it out yet. It might be junk, but even if it only lasts a year or two, it's worth the price.

I'm going to have to look into that before everyone else clears out the bargain cave.

I don't believe it's on sale in the retail store, only the online "bargain cave" - I saw it at $49.99 last week when I was at Cabelas and was glad to have saved $30 with my online order!

I just got an email that they still have them for 14.99 for fathers day! I was kind of waiting to see what the ones Deer hunter is talking about cost, but I dont need a scale that goes to 120lbs unless It's really inexpensive!

    Gents,

In case you haven't saw it:

    DIGITAL SCALE

Myself and DH are testing them now, and we both have nothing but high praise. Its a little more expensive than a Bargain Cave deal, but this baby is a Cadillac of scales.

For those that get one, they wont be sorry, with the BOC discount, even more attractive.

Displays peak holding weight. Awesome feature!
    Displays temperature.
    Back lit display.
Operates on 2 AAA batteries (included.)
    5 year warranty

Please realize this thread is a year old. I can highly recommend the Coffey Marketing scale.
