1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 medium onion (chopped) 3 cups caggage (shredded) 1 can tomato soup (undiluted) Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and season to taste. spread in baking dish. Top with 3 cups cabbage. Pour tomato soup on top and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6 servings This is taken from the Diabetic Four Ingredient Cookbook.
