    Kevin,

I concider CJ my home base but I had knee surgery the 7th of sept and have not been out since then. I plan to fish later this week and will report back then but, I can tell you that I have had an awsome summer there this year!! My freezer is happy even after feeding the masses at the outting we had there last month! I have not fished since the weather has started to change so it might be different now.

The knee is doing great. I just about ready to bust out in DEAD RUN!!!!!!!. Well maybe I give it a little more time.

I still have not been back out to CJ yet. Planning on going Friday after the rain stops. If anyone is interested let me know. I can't fill up 20' of toon by myself!

Back to CJ Friday 10:00am till 3:30pm. MAN was it WINDY, 3-4' white caps!!! I need to get some drift socks. I had to fish places I never tried before and only managed 4 fish but they were good ones. Wind let up some about 1:00pm but it was still nasty.

    No pics this time, sorry.

hello everyone, im very new at this, both fishing and chat rooms, so i hope i do well at both. started fishing at cj brown 4 months ago, liked the idea of drift fishing but my rigging and type of bait appears to be questionable for i am not catching any walleye. we (dad and i ) do pretty well at catfishing along the banks but its the walleye that seams to be elusive from us. please any suggestions from someone would be greatly appreciated. thanxs:confused2:
