I have tried the tire stores in OKC. You'd think their lead was gold plated as they sure don't turn loose of it. Course, they could have figgured a good looking guy like me didn't need any lead. I watch e-bay and if I can buy it for about .50 a pound think I am fortunate. If I need it fast, I go to metal recyclers in OKC and pay .75 per pound.

Shep, Have you tried the tire shops in Russellville? You may get one of those shops to save the wheel weights for you. You will probaly need to supply the 5 gallon bucket.

P.S. If you fine some lead, you and I can use my pot and molds to make the sinkers.
