    well i grew up in flint texas and lived out at lake palestine for about 5 years.are you from tyler?

  5. One and the same. Bullheads are commonly referred to as mud cats around these parts. I have also heard flatheads called the same thing. Of course to most folks there are about a dozen different types of flatheads and two or three types of blues and channels and a few hybrids floating around as well :roll_eyes: .
