Anyone else hunt or gig them? I love going out with another person, a spotlight and a .22. It makes great sport and good eating.

They are good eats. I enjoy going, although mostly by myself with a flashlight and a gig. Two summers ago I had a few of them in the freezer and took them out to reach something else, and you guessed it, I forgot to put them back. After four or five days I finally found what was causing that horrible stink in the house.

a little .22 short sure knocks em dead. i love to eat frog legs.
my favorite thing these last few years is to cast a weightless texas rigged plastic worm to em, and catch em on rod and reel. it's hilarious!

I like to walk around the stock ponds here and shoot them with my bow, good practice and no matter where you hit them, the arrow sticks into the ground and pins them there.
