Hi everyone :) i know this may be an odd request, but does anyone in the moncks corner - st stephen area have any brown bullhead catfish bellow 6 inches i could buy? i have one in my aquarium, a friend found him in a mud puddle at what used to be the lake that was around here and gave it to me, but i'd like one or two more for my aquarium. I've tried fishing for them, but all i ever catch are channels.

Welcome to the BOC Richard. I am not familiar on where you can catch bullheads in that area but you should be able to catch them in any small creek on the bottom with nightcrawlers. I catch them under bridges in some small creeks they seem to bite better right at dark. Good luck.

dont know where you live but reedy river or saluda river can be some good options.

Richard, I don't catch many bullheads these days, but if I do, I could contact you if you like. I work out of Bonneau, so probably wouldn't be too far away from you.
