Hello brothers and sisters. Had a good day on the Kaw finally.Went out fishing this new spot i found crossing the bridge in turner(the bridge closest to US Bank). We got there around 11 and didnt have anything but gar stealing are bait. I decided to move to this steep bank to fish to try to get away from them.It was about 2:13 a.m. when i landed this bad boy.I was origanally fishing for flatheads when this blue hit my LIVE sunfish. It was the hardest fighting fish i ever felt on Rod and Reel.It was also the first fish to take some drag of my reel. It didnt take that long to land, but it took forever to get him and me up the steep muddy bank(I need a fishing buddy). It weighed 33 lbs on my berkley 50lb digital scale.I am so happy to catch a fish after months of no action.
