what kind and grian should be used for crossbows?
you might think im trying to be a smart arse here but the kind that shoot best from the cross bow you will be using.try a variety of difffernt heads in differants weights,i know most folks shoot a larger grain head then what compound bow shooters use...im pretty sure horton makes some heads specifaly for cross bows and so do the makers of the spitfire heads...good luck
I shoot regular 100 grain muzzys on my crossbow bolts. Like Madcater said, just try a few and see what you like. I also have some mechanical broadheads, but after what i have read and heard, i started using my muzzys again.
