For cut bait I cut the bream in chunks cross body. I don't do anything to live but hook them, I want them to stay as lively as possible

For whatever reason the head seems to be the choice piece for big channels?

Bream are an excellent summertime bait. There are times of the year when bream don't work as well for me, especially in the colder monts for some reason. From the spawn through summer though bream are an excellent choice.

The way I use them are:

    1) Live on bottom and under bobbers
    2) Heads on bottom and drfit rigs
    3) Fillets on bottom and drift rigs
    4) Top to bottom cuts on drift rigs
