bogs out.....

Finally got the firing order and everything right on my motor....its a 1985 85hp force outboard. It runs great out of the water, but stick it in the water and it just bogs out and dies everytime, what is some main things to look at....its on a 1970 lund fiberglass trihull if that matters at all...
